At your session time is reserved especially for you.
Please review our cancellation and refund terms below:

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance without any fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or failure to attend will be considered a late cancellation.

2. Refunds

No refunds will be issued for late cancellations (within 24 hours of the session) or missed appointments.
For cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance, you may request a full refund or choose to reschedule your session at no additional cost.

3. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment once free of charge, provided that notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

4. Exceptions

In rare cases of emergency or illness, exceptions may be made at our discretion.
